At least 87 people are dead as tropical cyclone Tot lashes into India

At least 87 people have been killed and hundreds more are missing in India as of midday Friday as a result of severe weather from Tropical Cyclone Tot, local media said. More than 200,000 people have been evacuated.
Local officials said Tot was the worst cyclone to hit India's western coast in at least two decades.
At present, several states along the western coast of India are under pressure to fight both the epidemic and the disaster.
